Circulator does not rely on industry averages, but tests your database to ensure that the strategy employed is producing results.  Depending on the parameters necessary, our team will split test your database and make recommendations based on the results.  We provide frequent spilt testing and use the reporting data within your account to make recommendations that will positivly impact your next campaign.

 

 

Plan

We recognise that there are many different target markets, in which our clients operate, so we have designed a number of frameworks which will suit your needs, regardless of industry or target client.  We work with all our clients to develop a comprehensive plan that will achieve the desired results , regardless of the area in which they work.  Each client has the option of working to their own Email Marketing plan, or can take advantage of our advisory services.  These include our production and marketing teams, who will work closely with clients for the first three months developing an optimised strategy.

After the initial three month period, the assistance will be scaled back in order to facilitate more independent  Email Marketing, however our staff are available for any further needs you may have. We work alongside our clients throughout the year, catering to the different needs of each.  For some, it might be assistance with imagery, a subject line or content but for others, they may need assistance from start to finish.

First Campaign Review

We review the results of a client’s first send with them. This will enable us to offer further training on the platform, explain in detail the meaning of each result and work with the client on the next campaign, taking learning from the first one.

We guide our customers through the various issues around mass email engagement and focus them on the key drivers and variables that increase the effectivness.

 

First Quarter Review

Our quarterly reviews have been established to monitor customer campaigns so that each campaign is constantly being measured and improved. Our production team will ensure that all aspects of design are catered for and identify any weaknesses from the outset, ensuring these are solved before the campaign is launched. The review also allows for any niggling questions to be answered, additional training to be provided and updates made to the Email Marketing plan.  The aim of the review is to ensure that all your campaigns are fully optimised, both from an implementation and commercial perspective.

At this stage in the process, we will develop a longer term strategy, syncing your email campaigns to your future marketing and sales plans for the coming quarters.
