Can I rent or buy an email list from Circulator?
No. We do NOT rent or sell email lists. For more information on Data Protection and the Law, check out the Data Commissioner website. We feel that if you want a quality campaign, a relevant message must go to a relevant audience, so build, rather than buy your database
What happens to my email list after I upload it into Circulator?
Your email database is held on a secure server, which resides behind our heavily secured firewalls. It will reside in your Circulator account until you remove your list. Circulator will never rent, share or sell your list.
How do I get my list imported in to my Circulator account?
Circulator enables you to upload spreadsheets by simply browsing to the location of the file on your computer. The upload wizard will guide you through the import process. This process is simple and efficient, ensuring that your list is imported and stored securely.
How do I get email addresses from my Microsoft® Outlook® Address book into Circulator?
To import an address file from Microsoft® Outlook®, you must export your Microsoft® Outlook® Contact folder as a .csv file.
What if I don’t have an email list?
There are several ways you can collect email addresses. Circulator can offer some advice on the most cost efficient data collection methods, including our subscription module for data collection on your corporate site. You choose the fields and we manage the data, ensuring it is uploaded directly to your Circulator account, allowing you to focus on creating campaigns and keeping your customers informed about the topics relating to your organisation.
There are other ways to collect data and we would happily discuss these with you while discussing your account.
Do I need to know HTML to create an email campaign?
This is not necessary, thanks to the Circulator software. Â You will be able to create well branded and professional looking campaigns by simply uploading your content in to our templates. Our templates are simple to use – click and enter text. Why not try our demo now to see how easy it is?
Can I use my own HTML in Circulator?
Yes. You can create a custom template using your own HTML code which can be migrated to the Circulator system. As with all our clients, our support team is on hand if needed.
What does Circulator do to make sure my emails get delivered?
As well as having spam checking functionality built into our platform, Circulators’ application servers are ‘white listed’ with all the major ISP’s . (Internet Service Providers)
Is there training available?
Yes. We will give you a live we based product tour where we will walk you through all aspects of using the system and answer any questions you may have. As an added benefit for our customers, we offer monthly training sessions where your team can brush up on their skills and learn more about digital marketing.
Can I see who opens my emails?
Yes, you can see the details of who opened your emails, in addition to those who clicked on the links. You can also export those “open” or “click-thru” details in to a new interest group or database of their own. This is particularly relevant for those organisations selling products or services. Does Circulator give me any information on the bounced emails?
Yes! Circulator has a bounce management feature that allows you to see which addresses bounced and the reasons for the failure. Additionally, your organisation can export those addresses for easy bounce management of your lists and data cleansing within your own organisation.
